After careful consideration and many trips to cities including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Vancouver, and Los Angeles, we were able to adopt current trends and ideas and incorporate it into our restaurant. Our mission is that when you enter our doors at Emerald, you are immediately transported across the Pacific Ocean and experience how Cantonese Chinese cuisine is enjoyed in Hong Kong.
In 2016, we will be incorporating new menu items, monthly specials, a new loyalty program, contests with prizes, special events and much, much more throughout the year. We will emphasize on innovative culinary techniques and dishes but still hold on to some of the traditions that our important to the foundation of Cantonese Chinese cuisine. We hope that you will join us on this adventure and enjoy what we have to offer.
